Once your case has been opened, our Registered Nurse continues to monitor your performance, and the on-going care provided by our caregiver. You can expect frequent follow-up calls and visits ensuring that your needs are being met, and that you are completely satisfied with our services. If at any time you feel that a change is needed, contact our nurse, and we will coordinate any adjustments with your Doctor and update your Plan of Care accordingly.
