The bill rate is the hourly rate we charge you for services. This rate is determined at the time your case is opened by our Registered Nurse, and is based on the level of care that you need. You will be billed this rate for every hour a caregiver is providing you with care. There are no additional charges, taxes or fees above the hourly bill rate. The majority of the bill rate goes to pay our caregivers a competitive wage, and also includes required payroll taxes, worker's compensation, bonding and insurance for our caregivers.
