It is WA state law that you must have your license before you can work for a Home Health Agency. That can be either an NAR or NAC. NARs must have at least 2 years of experience to work for Health People. NACs must have at least one year of experience. If you are in NAC school, you can still work for us with an NAR license. LPN and RN's must also have prior work experience before working for Health People.
