- Begin the Application Process

Requirements:

LPNs/RNs must have one year working in a clinical setting.

Each candidate must have a working car with insurance, current professional license, current CPR card, proof of AIDS/HIV (7 hour) Certification, current TB test record, and WA State driver's license.

Each candidate must complete our written skills checklist and fill out an application complete with three professional references. We will conduct reference checks, and a national background check upon hire. Once that is completed, applicants will be scheduled for a skills lab and orientation.
