NACs/ NARs

Requirements:

NACs must have one year of working experience, preferably in a home health setting and NARs must have two years of working experience, preferably in a home health setting.

Each candidate must have a working car with insurance, current professional license, current CPR card, proof of AIDS/HIV (7 hour) Certification (Fundamentals of Caregiving is acceptable), current TB test record, and WA state driver's license.

Each candidate must take our written test and fill out an application complete with three professional references. We will conduct reference checks, and a national background check upon hire. Once that is completed, applicants will be scheduled for a skills and orientation.
